Volunteer Opportunities

Grant Writer: Research funding opportunities and develop proposals.

Fundraiser: Implement fund raising events.

Housekeeping : General maintenance when guest families move to permanent housing.

Painters, Carpenters, Plumber, Handyman: Assist with the up keep of Haven facilities.

Snow Removal, Landscapers: lawn mowing, leave raking and snow removal.

Youth Worker: Provide assistance to students having difficulty with homework.

Technology Assistant: Provide technical computer support to staff.

Unloading Truck Deliveries: Unload USDA food delivery truck the 2nd Saturday of every month.

Organize, Bag and Distribute Groceries: Shelve, bag and distribute groceries.

Trucks and Drivers: Assist guest families with moving from a Haven home to permanent housing.

Financial Planning Leaders: Present financial workshops to Haven families.
